Automatic cleaning
TIMER : Orange lamp

Automatic cleaning is started after the operation 10 minutes or
longer stops.
To stop automatic cleaning during operation,
press
more 2 times.
After Stop Filter cleaning by remote controller and immediately
operate the air conditioner, the next operation may delay.
Automatic cleaning operation
Filter cleaning and Plasma air purifying
Rotating brush unit removes dust from the air fi lter. Removed dust is accumulated into the
dust box.
•
During fi lter cleaning, the air fi lter comes out for a certain period from the top of indoor
unit. Thus, operating of the fi lter cleaning function can be checked.
•
When fi lter cleaning is fi nished, the air fi lter returns into the indoor unit automatically.
Inside drying operation
To prevent the growth of mold, air cleaning is performed.
•
Vertical direction louvers move.
Inside drying operation will not be activated if previous operation is Fan only or Picoion
air purifi er only operation.

About Automatic cleaning
•
Automatic cleaning operation does not clean the room or remove mold growth or dust concealed inside the air conditioner.
•
If used in the greasy room, a heavy smoking room or a moist room, the air conditioner inside parts (heat exchanger or blow out fan) may become contaminated.
Adhered dirt or mold cannot be removed.
•
Dirt on the air fi lter cannot be removed completely. Some dirt may remain but it does not affect the performance.
If dirt is a concern, disassemble the fi lter and wash it with water.

Automatic cleaning is not performed in On/Off timer, Daily timer and Comfort sleep if remote controller is not in position to send signal to air conditioner.
•
Do not open the front panel when cleaning the fi lter. Filter cleaning will stops if the panel is open.
•
Other functions can operate during Automatic cleaning.
After receiving remote signal, Automatic cleaning stop and selected functions starts.
