2. a. When you have selected the template with the size and styte buttonhole
you need, slide the template into the guide plate.
b. Pull catch toward you while sliding the template until the buttonhole size
you have chosen is at the setting mark.
c. Insert gear of base plate into slot of template and fit guide block into the
center of the guide slot.

Attach the buttonhole toot.
Adjust position ot gear so it is aligned with the starting point of template.
The lever can be used to change gear position.
Pull the bobbin thread up through guide slot by turning the hand wheel toward
you while holding top thread.
Place the bobbin and top threads to the left side ot guide plate.
Leave 3 to 4 inches of thread.

b, Tirez te cliquet vers vous pour fatre glisser ie gabarit jusqu'd l'encoche
correspondant h la longueur vouiue.

clans Iafente de gutdage.

b. Alignez le ptgnon avec ta tigne de ddpart gravOe sur le gabar#.
Zirez sur le tevter pour mettre le gabartt en posttton.
c. Remontez tefil de dessous lztravers ta fente en tounzant te votant vers vous et en
retenant lefil de dessus.
d. Tirez tes fits de dessous et de dessus vers la gauche du porte-gabarit.
Les fils dotvent ddpasser de 3 d 4 po.
