3. Outside of the package attach one copy of this document and all required Material
Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
THIS EQUIPMENT, BEING RETURNED "FOR REPAIR," HAS BEEN COMPLETELY
DECONTAMINATED AND CLEANED. ALL FOREIGN SUBSTANCES HAVE BEEN DOCUMENTED
ABOVE AND MSDS SHEETS ARE ATTACHED.
