7.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
7.1 Analyzer Repair
It is recommended that field repair of the PCA be limited to:
• Simple checks of the printed circuit boards
• Replacing the Probe Assembly
• Replacing the filter element in the Water Trap / Filter Assembly
• Replacing the Particulate Filter
• Replacing the Pump Assembly
• Replacing Sensors and Sensor Filters
• Replacing Batteries
All other repairs should be performed by an authorized Bacharach Ser-
vice Center. Any repairs performed by an unauthorized service organiza-
tion will void the analyzer’s warranty and release Bacharach, Inc. of any
implied or written product liability.
Before returning your analyzer for repair, you may be able to determine
and resolve a problem using the Troubleshooting Guide in Section 7.3.
