12.1 Fields
There are five categories of alarms:
Sensor Errors: These errors are generated for all the sensors
that are connected to the onboard UI pins in the controller.
All such sensors are monitored by the controller for out-of-
range/invalid values.
Lon Network Communication Errors: These errors can
occur for Lon NetworkVariable Inputs that are bound to other
controllers when the source controller fails to send the
data.The controller tracks and reports network communication
errors for the following list of NVs when they are bound:
Control Alarms: These are application specific alarms tracked and reported by the controller.
Name Definition
Error Displays the name of the error.
Type of error Displays the type of the error. Errors could be one of the following types:
1. Sensor Error
2. Lon Network Communication Error
3. Control Error
4. Sylkbus communication error
5. Node disabled error

Enable Auto Alarm
Refresh
When the Auto Refresh checkbox is selected, the alarms view/data refreshes automatically every
30 seconds.
Refresh Click Refresh to refresh the error list manually and see the current errors.

Network Variable
Alarm Name Alarm Description
Frost The space temperature detected is below the freeze protect limit.
Invalid Set Point One of the temperature set points is not in the valid range.
Flow Override The air flow control loop has been overridden.
Emergency Override An emergency override command has been received from the network.
Fan Override The fan is in the manual override state.
Reheat or Peripheral Heat
Override
The reheat or peripheral heat outputs are overridden.
IAQ alarm The indoor air quality sensor has detected that the indoor air quality is poorer than the
desired standard.
Occupied Space Temperature The space temperature detected is out of range of the configured limits.
Low Air Flow Air flow detected is too low to perform the flow control operation.
