G. GasValveReplacement
Once the valve assembly has been removed, the gas
valve, pilot assembly, orice ex tube, and ex ball valve
can be replaced.
1. Place the valve assembly on a clean, stable surface to
service or replace any components.
2. Disconnect the orange and green wires from the
valve.
3. Removed the Pilot tting from the valve assembly
4. Disconnect the orice gas ex and gas ball valve ex
from the (2) are ttings.
5. Unscrew (2) screws located under the pressure taps
to remove the gas valve from the valve bracket.
1. Disconnect the orange and white wires from the con-
trol module.
2. Remove the pilot tting from the valve assembly.
3. Remove two screws that secure pilot assembly to the
pilot bracket.
