TO PREVENT

Unplug the Garage Door
Opener from its electrical
Outlet before performing any
inspection, maintenance, or
cleaning procedures.
TO PREVENT SERIOUS
INJURY FROM TOOL
FAILURE:
Do not use damaged
equipment. If abnormal noise
or vibration occurs, have the
problem corrected before
further use.
BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the 1.
general condition of the Garage Door
Opener. Check for loose screws,
misalignment or binding of moving
parts, cracked or broken parts, dam-
aged electrical wiring, and any other
condition that may affect its safe
operation.
LIMIT AND FORCE SETTINGS: 2.
Weather conditions may cause some
minor changes in the Door opera-
tion, requiring some re-adjustments
particularly during the rst year of
operation. Always repeat the “Safety
Reverse” test after any adjustment.
Refer to manual for instructions.
REMOTE CONTROL: The alkaline 3.
Batteries (23AE12V) should produce
power for up to three months. If the
transmission range decreases, re-
place the Battery. To do so, use a
screwdriver blade to pry open the
Cover. Insert the new Battery posi-
tive side up. Then replace the Cover.
Do not dispose of the old Battery with
household waste. Take the Battery to
a proper disposal center.
OPENER LIGHT: To replace the 4.
Opener Light open the Light Cover
(34). Unscrew and remove the old
Light Bulb, and replace with a new 25
Watt Light Bulb.
5. WARNING! If the Power Cord of
this Garage Door Opener is dam-
aged, it must be replaced only by a
qualied service technician.
