Starting Device Manager
➨ Do one of the following, depending upon your operating system environment:
• In a Microsoft

Windows

environment, from the Windows taskbar choose
Start > Programs > Nortel Networks Device Manager > Device Manager.
• In a UNIX environment, verify that the Device Manager installation
directory is in your search path; then enter:
JDM
The initial Device Manager window opens (Figure 1).
