Overview: Security
The WLSE provides the following security features:
• Optional secure connection through a Web browser
• Connection through the CLI via Telnet
• Secure connection through the CLI via SSH
• Authentication through the local database or through alternative
authentication services
• Flexible user access to managed devices and Wireless LAN Solution Engine
services through configurable roles.
You can manage your system’s security by:

Managing Security
The Security options include:
• Authentication Modules—Choose the authentication module used (see
