The Water Zero Level is above the
Tank Zero Level.
In this case the 4 mA point on the
WLS is above the Tank Zero Level.
Note that when the 4 mA point is
above the tank Zero Level the 4 mA
value is positive, i.e. X>0.
Example: L

=500 mm, X=70 mm.
4 mA value=70 mm.
20 mA value=500 + 70=570 mm.
