(“Seller”) warrants to thefirstretail purchaser of this product, for theresidence inwhichthis product is originally installed, thatit is
free from defects in materials and/or workmanshipfor a period of five years from thedateof purchase,except that themotor andbelt are warrantedtobefreefrom
defects inmaterials and/or workmanship for the lifetime of theproduct while you own your residence, andthe Battery Backup Systemis warranted to befree from
defects inmaterials and/or workmanship for aperiod of one year from thedateof purchase. Theproper operationof this productis dependent onyour compliance
with theinstructions regarding installation, operation, andmaintenanceand testing.Failureto comply strictly withthose instructions will void this limited warranty
in its entirety.

this product. Youwill beadvised of disassembly and shippinginstructions whenyoucall. Thensend theproduct or component, pre-paid and insured, as directed to
our service center for warranty repair. Please include a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for
warranty repair.Products returned to Seller for warranty repair, which upon receiptby Seller areconfirmed to bedefective and covered by this limitedwarranty,
will berepaired or replaced (atSeller’s sole option) at no cost toyou and returned pre-paid. Defective parts will be repairedor replaced with new or factory-
