HARDWARE
5.1 By hand,thread the spring trolley nuton the
threaded shaft(H8) until itisfinger tight
againstthe trolley.Do notuse any tools.
Remove the screwdriver.

5.2 Insert aflathead screwdriver tip into one
ofthe nutring slotsand brace itfirmly
againstthe trolley.

5.3 Tighten the spring trolleynut with an adjustable wrench or a 7/16" open end wrench about aquarter turn until the spring releasesand snaps the
nut ring againstthe trolley.Thissetsthe spring to optimumbelttension.

5.4 Position the sprocketcover over the garage
door opener sprocketand attach with hex
screws(H9).
