The Preferences window opens.
3 Choose the refresh interval for the device and job queue.
This interval determines how often TopAccess queries the
controller to update device status and job logs.
Setting the Default Number of Items to Show for Logs
1 Log in to the system as the administrator.
2Click the
Preferences tab.
The Preferences window opens.
3 In the “Number of items to show for logs” text box, enter the
preferred amount.
4 Select the number of items to be displayed in the logs. The
default amount is 100.
5Click
Save.
Setting the Default Language
1 Log in to the system as the administrator.
2Click the
Preferences tab.
The Preferences window opens.
3 Click the Language drop-down menu and make the
appropriate selection.
The default language is English.

Save.
Setting the Default Start Page
1 Log in to the system as the administrator.
2Click the
Preferences tab.
The Preferences window opens.
3 Click the Start Page drop-down menu and select the default
start page to appear when you launch TopAccess.
