8. Select one of the basic configuration settings from the Setting
Based on list that uses same Input/Output range addresses,
and the both Direct Memory Access channel number and
Interrupt Request number are allocated and displayed.
Confirm also the Conflicting Device list box shows
No
conflicts
.
9. Click
OK
to save the setting.
10. Repeat steps 1 and 2 on page 8-33 to verify whether DMA
transfer has been enabled.
Note:
You may not be able to use DMA transfer on some computers even
after you make the settings explained above. Consult your computer
maker for information on the DMA transfer capability of your
computer.
