The paper is damp. Do not store your paper in a damp or
humid environment. Store paper in its
original packaging.
The paper is too thin. Make sure the paper meets the paper
requirements for this printer. See

Paper does not fully eject.
Cause What to do
The paper is too long. Press the
Eject
button to eject the
paper. Use paper that meets the paper
requirements for this printer. See
“Paper” on page A-2.
Paper does not fully eject.
Cause What to do
The paper size and/or media
type lever positions are not
correct.
Make sure that all the printer driver
settings, paper size and media type
lever positions on the paper tray, and
paper loaded in the paper tray match.
If you are loading paper that is not
listed on the lever position settings,
select
Other
.
