Option Problems
The message
Invalid
AUX I/F Card
means that the printer cannot
read the installed optional interface card. Turn off the printer,
then remove the card.
Make sure the I/F card is listed in the table of installable ones in
Appendix A.
Be sure you have selected the proper paper tray in your software.
There may be no paper in the lower paper cassette. Load it with
paper.
Be sure that the lower paper cassette is properly installed and that
you have not tried to load it with too many sheets of paper. The
cassette can hold a maximum of 500 sheets or 250 sheets of 75g/
m
2
(20lb) paper.
The lower paper cassette may not be installed properly. See
Chapter 3 for instructions on installing the lower paper cassette.
