9 Expansion vessel
1)Perform the step 1-1, step 5, 6, and 7.
2)Remove the fixed band of the expansion vessel.
(ST1T Ø4 × 8, 4 screws)
3)Remove the expansion vessel connection (three-
piece flare nut).
Replace the packing to new one when installing the
expansion vessel.
10 Relief valve
1)Perform the step 1-1, step 5, 6, and 7.
2)Remove the quick fastener.
3)Remove the relief valve by pulling it upward.
11 Air vent valve
1)Perform the step 1-1, step 5, 6, and 7.
2)Remove the air vent valve.

open the water supply source valve and water
piping valve to pass water through the hydro unit,
and check that the expasion vessel connection has
no water leakage.

supply source valve and the valve of water pipe
connected to the hydro unit.
The relief valve connection uses an O ring for water
seal. Be careful not to scratch the O ring; otherwise,
water leakage may occur.
After the relief valve replacement repair, open the
water supply source valve and water piping valve to
pass water through the hydro unit, and check that
the relief valve connection has no water leakage.
