Unpacking the J17 Photometer
The J17 Photometer is shipped with the following
equipment:
H J17 Photometer
H Instruction Manual
H Alkaline battery (already installed in the J17)
Repackaging for Shipment
If you must ship the J17, package it as follows:
ăStep 1:ăUse the original carton, or an equivalent
carton with dimensions at least three inches greater
than the instrument to allow for proper cushioning.
ăStep 2:ăCover the instrument with a polyethylene
bag to protect its finish.
ăStep 3:ăCushion the instrument on all sides with
packing material. Seal the carton with shipping
tape or with an industrial stapler.
ăStep 4:ăIf you are shipping the product to a TektroĆ
nix Service Center, be sure to label the carton with
the name of your company, a person to contact at
your company, and a description of the problem.
