Chapter 10 Troubleshooting
The meter does not contain any user-serviceable parts. If the meter requires service, contact your
local Schneider Electric representative.
Do not open the meter. Opening the meter voids the warranty.
Diagnosis screen
The Diagnosis screen lists any current diagnostic codes.
NOTE: The Diagnosis screen only appears if there is a specific event.
1. Press the down button to scroll through the main display screens until you reach the Diagnosis
screen.
2. Press the button to scroll through any existing events.
