4) Remove the 2 bolts to release the burner.
THIS CONVERSION MUST BE DONE BY A QUALIFIED GAS FITTER, IF IN DOUBT DO NOT DO THIS CONVERSION!!
c. Place the door on a soft surface to prevent
scratching.
1) Remove the faceplate (see page 35).
2) Remove the glass door.
a. Release the 2 door latches on the left
and right side at the top of the fi rebox.
b. Swing the door out from the top and
release the hinge on the left side of the
door and lift out off hinge.

Bolts
3) Lift off the Pilot Shield Cover Plate to expose
2 bolts.
5) Carefully lift out burner.
6) Remove the burner orifi ce with a 1/2" wrench.
Use another wrench to hold onto the elbow
behind the orifi ce. Replace the NG burner
orifi ce with LP orifi ce #53.

7) Remove the NG pilot orifice with the
5/32 Allen Key and replace with LP pilot
orifi ce.
8) Reinstall the pilot cap.
