HEATER CONTACTORS
WARNING:
DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL
POWER TO THE MACHINE AT THE MAIN
CIRCUIT BOX. PLACE A TAG ON THE CIRCUIT
BOX INDICATING THE CIRCUIT IS BEING
SERVICED.
1. Open the cabinet base doors, remove the two
screws from the contactor box cover and lift
cover off.
2. Disconnect the electrical lead wires to the coil
and the power supply wires from the contactor
bein
g
replaced.
3. Remove the screws form the base of the
contactor and lift out.
4. Reverse procedure to install and check for
proper operation.
HEATING ELEMENTS
WARNING:
DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL
POWER TO THE MACHINE AT THE MAIN
CIRCUIT BOX. PLACE A TAG ON THE CIRCUIT
BOX INDICATING THE CIRCUIT IS BEING
SERVICED.
1. Open the cabinet base doors, remove the two
screws from the contactor box cover and lift
cover off.
2. Disconnect the electrical lead wires to the
element bein
g
replaced.
3. Remove the bolts securin
g
the heatin
g
element
flan
g
e to the boiler and lift the element out.
4. Clean the matin
g
surface of the boiler and
install a new flan
g
e
g
asket and heatin
g
element.
5. Check for leaks and proper operation.
REGENERATED STEAM MODELS
(STEAM COIL)
WARNING:
DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL
POWER TO THE MACHINE AT THE MAIN
CIRCUIT BOX. PLACE A TAG ON THE CIRCUIT
BOX INDICATING THE CIRCUIT IS BEING
SERVICED.
WARNING:
SHUT OFF THE STEAM SUPPLY
BEFORE SERVICING THE UNIT.
1. Disconnect pipe unions in the steam supply line
to the coils and in the condensate dischar
g
e
line from the coils.
2. Remove header that supplies steam to the coils
by disconnectin
g
union at each coil.
3. Remove coil condensate collection header.
4. Remove bolts securin
g
the coil bein
g
replaced
and pull coil forward.
5. Clean the matin
g
surfaces of the steam coil
flan
g
e and the boiler.
6. Reverse procedure to install a new steam coil
and
g
asket.
7. Check steamer for proper operation.
