wires are twisted and/or
grounded. Does the pump
light on the controller turn on?

Rectify wiring between 24
V control board power
supply and 24 V control
board power input.

Check circuit breaker and
controller power supply.
Replace 24 V power 1 A fuse
on relay board. See Section 8.
