Cable Termination
The FTT network segment requires termination for proper
data transmission performance. Use a 209541B
Termination Module to connect two of the three termination
module wires to the LonWorks
Bus terminals.
Singly Terminated Network Segment
In a singly terminated topology segment, only one
termination is required and can be placed anywhere on the
segment. Singly terminated segments use the yellow and
brown wires. Mount the termination modules on the
appropriate terminals as shown in Fig. 9.
