Based on a platform, MLT or TFID analyzer the sche-
matic on Figure A-3 illustrates the simplicity of a net-
worked system which incorporates AM’s, such as Chemi-
luminesence Detectors, MLT's (NDIR/UV/VIS plus Oxy-
gen or TCD) and Flame Ionisation Detectors.
The system I/O modules (SIO, DIO) of the platform (or
MLT/TFID analyzer) support all integrated analyzer mod-
ules with analog, digital and serial interfaces as well as
relay outputs.
Other system functionality includes links to associated
sample handling (PLC) and Data Acquisition Systems
such as WinControl.
Local I/O are existing to MLT, TFID and CAT 200 analyz-
ers only and support the corresponding analyzer mod-
ule only.
