MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants that for one year from the date of original retail purchase, it will
repair at no charge for parts and labor, this product proven defective in m aterial or
workmanship. If, after reas onable efforts by the manufacturer, the product is deemed not
repairable,The m anufacturer will, atits option,refund the original purchase price or s upply a
replacementunit.
THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY CONSTITUTE THE
BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
MERCHA NTABILITY AND FIT NESS FOR A PA RTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN
DURATIO N TO THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY.
AFTER ONE YEA R FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, ALL RISK OF LOSS FROM WHA TEVER
REASON SHALL BE PUT UPON THE PURCHASER. THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES: MANUFACTU RER’S LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE
PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS MACHINE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER LIABILITY IS
PREDICTED UPON BREACH OF WARRANTY (EXPR ESS OR IMPLIED), NEGLIGENCE,
STRICTTORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LOSS OF
REFRIGERANTUNDER ANYCIRCUMSTANCE.
This warranty extends to each pers on who acquires lawful ownership within one year of the
original retail purchase, butis void if the product has had any refrigerants other than R134a
or refrigerant sealants introduced, or has been abused, altered, m isus ed or improperly
packaged and damaged when returned for repair. This warranty applies to the product only
and does not apply to any access ory items included with the product which are s ubject to
wear from usage; the replacement or repair of these items shall be at the expense of the
owner. Some states/provinces do not perm it the limitation of warranties or limitation of
consequential or incidental damages, s o the above disclaimer and limitation maynot apply
to you. This warrantygives you s pecific legal rights,and you m ayalso have other rights which
vary from state/prov ince to s tate/prov ince.

1. Owner pays transportation charges to and from the address listed below or clos est
servicecenter.
2. Owner may avoid trans portation charges, if he/she wishes, by calling AIR
CONDITIONING SERVICE CENTER REPAIR SERVICE, at the telephone number
below,for free diagnosis and immediate shipment of replacem ent parts. The owner,
in this case, assumes the responsibilityforinstallati on ofparts.
