Making paper settings from an application

Open the file you want to print.

On the [File] menu, click [Page Setup].

Confirm that the printer you want to use is shown in [Format for:], and then use [Paper]*1 to
select the paper size you want to use.
Under Mac OS X, this is called [Paper Size].
Note
❒ If the printer is now shown in the [
Format for:
] box, use the pop-up menu to display a list of avail-
able printers.
