WARNING:
• Turn the power switch off and unplug the machine
before cleaning.
• Do not dismantle the machine other than as explained
in this section.
CAUTION:
• Do not store the machine in a high-humidity area, near
a heat radiator, or in direct sunlight,
Note:
Clean the outside of the machine with a soft cloth and
neutral soap
After cleaning the machine, make sure the needle and
presser foot are attached.
Cleaning the Hook Race and Feed Dogs
Remove the setscrew on the needle plate with the
screwdriver supplied with the machine Remove the needle
plate.
Take out the bobbin. Lift up the bobbin holder' and remove

[_ Clean the bobbin holder with a lint brush,
(You may also use a vacuum cleaner )
Clean the feed dogs and hook race with the lint brush
Clean the hook race with a dry cloth,
(You may also use a vacuum cleaner)

Needle plate
(_) Bobbin holder
(_) Lint brush

(_ Soft dry cloth
Assemble the Hook Race
Insert the bobbin holder.
[_ The knob of the bobbin holder' should fit next to the Stopper
in the hook race,.
Reattach the needle plate, aligning the needle plate guide
pins with the guide holes on the needle plate and tighten
the screw,,
