Shell Tuck Stitch
Select the pattern 39 on the Visual Touch Screen.
Use a lightweight fabric such as tricot.
Fold and stitch on the bias.
Attach Satin Stitch Foot F.
Increase the needle thread tension to 6-8.
Place the folded edge of the fabric along the slit of the
foot so that the right swing of the needle falls off the
edge of the fabric to form tucks.
NOTES:
You can sew shell tucks on knits or soft silky woven in
any direction.
If you sew rows of shell stitches, space the rows 1.5
cm (5/8”) apart.
