DRAFT SLIDE GATE ADJUSTMENT
NOTE: The draft slide gate plate does not come as a standard piece with the unit. This must be purchased separate if
needed.

The normal operation of the MagnuM Countryside would be with the Draft Slide Gate open fully as
shown. When the gate is in the fully open position, the plate will be against the mounting plate as shown.
If the unit needs a draft correction adjustment, the bolts are loosened and the slide gate is rotated a few
degrees at a time until the proper operation of the unit is achieved.
NOTE: This adjustment must be made by a qualified MagnuM Countryside installer
When rotating the slide gate, be careful not to damage the gasket. Re-tighten the bolts and check for
leaks.
