Cleaner not picking up solution
Possible Causes Remedies
1. Ready Tools dial may be at wrong setting. 1. Set Ready Tools dial to either
floor cleaning or hose
attachments setting.
2. 2-in-1 water tank may not be seated properly. 2. Pick up both the 2-in-1 water
tank and formula tank and
reseat them so they fit snugly on
the unit.
3. 2-in-1 water tank may not be assembled properly. 3. Check to make sure the "lip" of
the nozzle is securely hooked
into the groove on bottom of
2-in-1 water tank (see page 9).
4. Formula or 2-in-1 water tank is empty. 4. Check water levels in heavy duty
bladder and formula tank.
