You have plenty of options when it comes to scouting. The Bears
lack repower at the TE position as well as all along the offen-
sive line. On defense, you’ll need to nd some competition for
both safety positions. Keep in mind when scouting your rst year
as the Bears, you will not have a 3rd round pick because of the
Brandon Marshall trade.
Playing as a Player
You might have trouble playing with the Bears if you’re a QB, HB, RE,
MLB, or ROLB and looking to start right away. Your best bet to crack
the lineup and play from Week 1, is with a Receiving TE on offense
and Run Supporting FS or SS on defense.
Feel free to go in another direction, just know that it will take a
lot of time on the practice eld and possibly a minimum of 1 full
year of seeing sporadic playing time in order to start earning
enough XP and building your player’s attributes to make your
way up the depth chart.
