Playing as a Coach
The Tennessee Titans are a team caught in the middle. This team could
scrap out 10 wins or 10 losses. This begins with the decision of who to
start at QB. Matt Hasselbeck is a veteran who is better right now, but
Jake Locker showed is more athletic and showed signs of being ready to
play right now in 2011. No matter who starts under center, the offense
must be built around Chris Johnson and the offensive line. Keeping
defenses off guard with a good mix of run and pass will greatly improve
the productivity your offense produces.
The defense has some young players that they hope continue to
develop. Akeem Ayers and Colin McCarthy are two, second-year
linebackers that could pan out to be studs. Michael Grifn provides a
playmaking free safety who can give opposing offenses headaches.
You’ll have to focus on stopping the run and then pressuring the
quarterback for the most success with the Tennessee defense.
