C. System Wiring
Note: The 6100PLUS must be electrically wired and grounded in accordance with local codes or, in the absence
of local codes, with National Electric Code ANSI/NFPA 70-latest edition or the Canadian Electric Code,
CSA C22.1.

6100PLUS Requirements
This gas appliance requires a 110VAC supply to the gas appliance junction box for operation. A wiring diagram is shown
in Figure 8.1.
The 6100PLUS is equipped with an intermittent pilot control valve which operates on a 3 volt system. See ignition wiring
diagram, Figure 8.1.
The 6100PLUS is supplied with a 3 volt AC transformer, which requires the installation of the supplied junction box. It is
highly recommended that the junction box be installed at this time to avoid future reconstruction.
Note: Wire terminal latch can become
damaged if excessive force is used
when releasing wire. Please use caution
in pressing retainer.
