The Quadra-Fire 5100-I Insert conforms with the UL 18
and ULC S68 (Canada) in all respects, and is approved to
UL & ULC safety standards for installation and use within a
replace with a masonry chimney in accordance with NFPA
211.
In the USA all masonry replace installations require a stain-
less steel liner connector pipe extending to the rst ue liner
of the existing code approved masonry chimney. In Canada,
a full reline is required.
NOTE: In Canada, the chimney liner must conform to
the Class  requirements of CAN/ULC-S65, Standard
for Lining Systems for Existing Masonry or Factory-Built
Chimneys and Vents, or CAN/ULC-S60, Standard for
Lining Systems for New Masonry Chimneys.
NOTE: Installation into replaces without a permit will
void the listing.
