satin
stitch,

close
zigzag
stitch,

setting
the
stitch
length
as
near

possible
without
stopping
the
feeding
action
The
setting
will
vary
for
different
fabrics.
It
may
be
desirable
to
loosen
the
upper
tension
slightly
to
cause
the
threads
to
lock
underneath,
in
ordei
to
make
the
top
surface
look
especially
smooth
For
lightweight
fabrics,
place
paper
underneath
the
fabric
while
sewing
for
best
results.

by

fabric
at
one
point.
