3. Operation
3.5. Adjusting vertical airflow direction
The vertical air vane helps select the vertical direction of the airflow.
1 Press
button to select the vertical airflow direction.
• Each time you press the button, the option changes are displayed on the remote
controller, as shown below.
A (swing) → B → C → D → E → A
• If the room temperature is higher than the temperature set on the remote controller
while the unit is defrosting or preparing for heating, the vertical air vane will move
to the horizontal airflow position (B).
• In either cooling or dry mode, if you select C, D or E when the fan speed is low,
medium 1 or medium 2, a display reading “1 Hr” F will appear.
After one hour, the air conditioner will switch automatically to horizontal air mode
B and the display “1 Hr” F will disappear.
• When the heating thermostat is OFF, the louver automatically turns horizontally
during defrosting or preparation for heating.
Note:
PKFY-P·VAM has no swing display.

Einstellung der vertikalen Richtung des Luftstroms
Die vertikalen Luftschieber unterstützen die Einstellung der vertikalen Richtung des
Luftstroms.
1 Taste
drücken, um die Richtung des vertikalen Luftstroms einzustellen.
• Bei jedem Drücken der Taste werden die geänderten Optionen auf der Fernbedie-
nung wie nachstehend dargestellt angezeigt:
A (Schwenken) → B → C → D → E → A
• Wenn die Raumtemperatur höher als die auf der Fernbedienung eingestellte Tem-
peratur ist und die Anlage die Enteisung vornimmt oder sich auf die Heizung vorbe-
reitet, bewegt sich die vertikale Luftklappe in die horizontale Luftstromstellung (B).
• In der Betriebsart Kühlung oder Lufttrocknung. Wenn die Gebläsedrehzahl auf Low
(Niedrig), Medium 1 oder Medium 2 geschaltet ist und sie C, D oder E wählen,
erscheint eine Anzeige, die “1Hr” F lautet. Nach einer Stunde schaltet die Klima-
anlage automatisch in die Betriebsart Horizontaler Luftstrom B und die Anzeige
“1Hr” F erlischt.
• Wenn der Heizthermostat ausgeschaltet ist, während Heizvorbereitung und wäh-
rend Entfrostung wird die Klappe automatisch waagerecht gestellt.
Hinweis:
PKFY-P·VAM hat keine Swing-Anzeige.

3.5. Réglage de la direction du flux d’air vertical
L’ailette verticale permet de sélectionner la direction verticale du flux d’air.

• A chaque fois que vous appuyez sur le bouton, les options disponibles sont affi-
chées sur la télécommande, de la manière suivante.
A (Changement de direction) → B → C → D → E → A
• Si, lorsque l’appareil est en cours de dégivrage ou lorsqu’il se prépare pour le
chauffage, la température de la pièce est supérieure à la température program-
mée sur la télécommande, le volet de la soufflerie verticale se met sur la position
horizontale (B).
• En mode de refroidissement ou de déshumidification, si vous sélectionnez C, D
ou E lorsque la vitesse de ventilation est réglée sur Low, Medium1 ou Medium2,
l’indication “1Hr” F apparaît. Après une heure de fonctionnement, le climatiseur
passe automatiquement au mode de soufflerie horizontale B et l’indication “1 Hr”
F disparaît de l’affichage.
• Lorsque le thermostat du chauffage est arrêté (OFF), la fonction de pivotement se
met automatiquement à l’horizontale pendant le dégivrage et pendant la prépara-
tion au chauffage.
Remarque:
Le modèle PKFY-P·VAM ne possède pas d’affichage correspondant au pivote-
ment.

3.5. De verticale blaasrichting instellen
Met de verticale luchtschotjes kunt u de verticale blaasrichting instellen.

• Telkens als u de toets indrukt wordt de optie die u geselecteerd hebt op de af-
standsbediening weergegeven, zoals hieronder is aangegeven.
A (Swing (Draaien)) → B → C → D → E → A
• Als het apparaat op ontdooien staat of voorbereidingen treft voor verwarmen en de
kamertemperatuur is hoger dan de temperatuur die is ingesteld op de afstandsbe-
diening, zal het verticale luchtuitlaatrooster omgezet worden naar de positie voor
horizontale luchtuitstroom (B).
• Als het apparaat op koelen of drogen staat en u selecteert C, D of E terwijl het
ventilatortoerental op “Laag” , “Midden1” of “Midden2” staat, verschijnt de aandui-
ding “1Hr” F in het display. Na een uur schakelt het apparaat automatisch over op
horizontale luchtuitstroom B en de aanduiding “1Hr” F verschijnt.
• Als de verwarmingsthermostaat UIT is, draait de ventilatiejaloezie automatisch
naar de horizontale stand tijdens ontdooien of tijdens de verwarmingsvoorbereiding.
Opmerking:
De PKFY-P·VAM heeft geen display voor zwaaien.
3. Funzionamento
3.5. Regolazione della direzione verticale della portata

Il deflettore verticale facilita la selezione della direzione verticale della portata d’aria.

per selezionare la selezione verticale della portata d’aria.
• Ogni volta che si preme il pulsante, viene cambiata l’opzione, come visualizzato
sul display del comando a distanza, secondo le modalità indicate qui sotto:
A (Oscillazione) → B → C → D → E → A
• Se la temperatura della stanza è superiore a quella impostata sul comando a
distanza mentre l’unità è in modalità di sbrinamento o si sta preparando per il
riscaldamento, il deflettore verticale dell’aria si muoverà verso la posizione oriz-
zontale (B).
• Sia in modalità raffreddamento che deumidificazione, selezionando C, D o E
con la velocità di ventilazione impostata su Bassa, Media 1 o Media 2, verrà
visualizzato sul display il messaggio “1Hr” F. Trascorsa un’ora, il condizionatore
dell’aria passerà automaticamente in modalità flusso orizzontale dell’aria B e il
messaggio “1Hr” sparirà dal display.
• Quando il termostato di riscaldamento è disattivato, il deflettore automatico si dispone
orizzontalmente durante le fasi di sbrinamento o di preparazione al riscaldamento.
Nota:
Il modello PFKY-P·VAM non è dotato di display orientabile.
