A. Mantel Projections
This appliance is approved to be installed with a clearance
to the ceiling and/or other projections of 34-3/8 inch
minimum from the top of the replace (see Figure 11.1).

B. Facing Material
Fire Risk.
Finish all edges and fronts to clearances and
speci cations listed in manual.
• Install combustible materials only up to specified
clearances on top, front and side.
Seal joints between the nished wall and appliance top
and sides using only a 300º F minimum sealant.

Finishing materials for the top of the replace base must
be noncombustible and removable for access to controls.
