1. Locate Wheel Assembly (12) and 2 nuts/bolts contained in plastic bag with
Wheel Assembly.
Turn Base (9) so that holes for attachment of Wheel Assembly are facing you.
Align holes in Wheel Assembly with holes on Base. Insert
bolts through both sets of holes and secure nuts on end of bolt.
Wheel Assembly should now be attached to Base as shown.
