Check the following points before contacting Customer Experience.
PROBLEMS CAUSE SOLUTION
The filter is blocked.
The temperature or
humidity in the room

humidity in the room
(pots of boiling water,
etc.).
The humidy set point
is too high.
Clean the filter.

Decrease the
humidity set point.
