1.7.10 Protecting Your Line against Indication Tones (Data
Line Security)
You can protect the line against indication tones, such as a call waiting tone or interruptions
(Executive Busy Override) during a conversation. Set this feature if your extension is connected to a
data communication device, such as a computer or facsimile, to secure data transmission.
