Î Release the star grips for the push hand-
le fastening.
Î Swivel the push handle backwards and
tighten the star grips.
Î Use the long boards on the sides of the
packaging as a ramp by placing them
against the pallet.
Î Fix the ramp to the pallet with nails.
Î Place short boards underneath the ramp
to act as a support.
Î Remove the wooden bars in front of the
wheels.
Î Push the machine down the ramp from
the pallet.
The brushes must be installed before the in-
itial operation (see "Maintenance works").
Î Insert the squeegee tool into the squee-
gee tool suspension in such a manner
that the profiled sheet is positioned abo-
ve the suspension. Tighten the wing
nuts.
Î Insert the suction hose.
Warning!
Risk of damage. Raise the squeegee tool
before reversing.
Note
To deactivate the brush drive immediately,
release the control handle.
Warning
Risk of damage. Only use the recommended
detergents. With respect to different deter-
gents the operator bears the increased risk
regarding the operational safety and danger
of accident. Only use detergents that are
free from solvents, hydrochloric acid and hy-
drofluoric acid.
Note
Do not use highly foaming detergents. Ob-
serve the dosing notes.
Î Open the cover of the fresh water reser-
voir.
Î Fill in the water detergent mixture up to
the MAX marking of the filling level dis-
play. Maximum temperature of the liquid
60°C / 140 °F.
Î Close the cover of the fresh water reser-
voir.
When the running gear is turned to the front,
the machine can be pushed to the place of
use without the brushes touching the floor.
Î Raise the squeegee tool.
Î Press the machine down using the push
handle.
Î Turn the running gear to the front with
your foot.
Î Use the push handle to push the machi-
ne to the place of use.
