ARI capacity is net and includes the effect of fan motor heat. Units are suitable for operation to ±20% of nominal cfm. Certified in accordance with the Unitary Large Equipment
certification program, which is based on ARI Standard 340/360-93.
2. EER is rated at ARI conditions and in accordance with ASHRAE test procedures.
