Door Labeling Policy
Non-Master Keyed Orders
Door labeling is NOT provided unless this service is specifically requested in writing.
If requested:
• Door number (and Heading, if specified) is provided on keyed and keyless product.
• "To" and "From" description is NOT provided.
• Lead times will be extended at least 5 additional working days
Master Keyed Orders
Door Labeling is provided as standard.
•
Door number (and Heading, if specified) is provided on keyed and keyless product.
• "To" and "From" description is NOT provided.
EXCEPTION: Door labeling is not provided on orders specifying Residential Master Keying (RMK) and/or Residential Construction
Keying (RCK). If door labeling is required, Contract Master Keying and/or Contract Construction Keying charges will apply.
Master Key Shipment Policy
Unless otherwise requested on the purchase order, master keys and special function keys furnished on master keyed orders (i.e. control
keys, emergency keys, construction keys, extractor tools, lockout keys, etc.) are packed separate from the balance of the order and shipped
to the location specified on the order as follows:
Schlage Commercial products (excluding Krptonite)
Default keyway is Everest C123

Locknetics

For other optional keyways, please specify
Portable Security - Kryptonite:
Stock products default to C keyway KD
For made to order products, please specify the keying and keyway

All goods are shipped F.O.B. factory and become the customer’s property when they pass into the hands of the transportation company.
Schlage reserves the right to use our choice of carrier.

Recipient’s signature is required upon delivery
Note: Standard shipping policies do not require the
signature to be that of the individual to whom the
package is addressed. If the addressee’s signature is
required, please request on the purchase order to "ship
master keys via USPS Certified, Return Receipt,
Restricted Deliv
ery". Due to its logistical requirements
for the carrier and addressee, shipping via certified
mail with restricted delivery will delay receipt of
master keys and special function keys.
