Possible Cause Try this....
Motor Vibration Ensure that the shipping screw has been removed from the control
housing door. See Page 17, Section 4.8.
Protective Grille metal fingers Isolate the grille finger that is making the noise and cap it with a silicone
touch reflector cap. See Page 20, Figure 12.
