Thisisa“LimitedWarranty”whichgivesyouspeciclegalrights.You

For a period of one year from the date of purchase, any malfunction
causedbyfactorydefectivepartsorworkmanshipwillbecorrectedat
no charge to you.
Not Covered - Repair service, adjustment and calibration due to misuse,
abuseornegligence,lightbulbs,batteries,andotherexpendableitems
arenotcoveredbythiswarranty.Unauthorizedserviceormodicationof
theproductorofanyfurnishedcomponentwillvoidthiswarrantyinits
entirety.Thiswarrantydoesnotincludereimbursementforinconvenience,
installation,setuptime,lossofuse,unauthorizedservice,orreturnship-
ping charges.
ThiswarrantycoversonlyHeathCoLLCassembledproductsandisnot
extendedtootherequipmentandcomponentsthatacustomerusesin
conjunctionwithourproducts.
THISWARRANTYISEXPRESSLYINLIEUOFALLOTHERWARRAN-
TIES,EXPRESSORIMPLIED,INCLUDINGANYWARRANTY,REPRE-
SENTATIONORCONDITIONOFMERCHANTABILITYORTHATTHE
PRODUCTSAREFITFORANYPARTICULARPURPOSEORUSE,AND
