LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS, SUCH AS LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF
EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF USE OF EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF SOFTWARE, LOSS OF DATA,
COSTS OF SUBSTITUANTS, CLAIMS BY THIRD PARTIES, OR OTHERWISE.
