THE RECOVERY OR ESP AND AUTOFIL SYSTEM - HOW IT WORKS
During the scrubbing process, filtered water from the solution tank is fed to the solution line, where it combines
with detergent from the metering pump. This mixture is then fed to the floor where three disc scrubbing brushes
work to dislodge soil.
After scrubbing, the dirty solution is vacuumed from the floor and discharged into the recovery tank. At inter-
vals, a float switch activates the recycling pump, which sends filtered solution from the recovery tank to the
solution tank. Detergent is added continuously to solution water from the flow valve.
The autofil system distributes water from the supply hose into the recovery and solution tanks. Then a solenoid
valve is closed when the proper level in the solution tank is reached.
NOTE
Both tanks must be drained and cleaned before filling.
