Commands
Allow the caller to directly access several
standard features.
(0) to repeat the Help Menu or call the
operator

Service Mode Allows the System Administrator or the
System Manager to change the call handling
method that is programmed for each Time
Group 1-8.
Once the Service Mode has been changed, it
is retained unless the System Manager or
System Administrator changes it again, even
after the power turns off.
There are 6 Service Modes available:
Automatic Mode—Operates according to
the setting in Time Service.
Manual Day Mode—Operates only in Day
Mode.
Manual Night Mode—Operates only in Night
Mode.
Manual Lunch Mode—Operates only in
Lunch Mode.
Manual Break Mode—Operates only in
Break Mode.
PBX Control Mode—Operation changes
depending on PBX time period (DPT
Integration only).
