FEED DOG CONTROL
* Lower feed dogs by moving feed dog control toward the
direction (A).
* When using machine for general sewing, raise feed dogs by
moving feed dog control toward the direction (B).
If you do not raise feed dog, material will not feed.
ATTACHING EMBROIDERY UNIT
1. Turn off power to machine.
Remove connector cap from machine.
* Re-install connector cap before using machine for general
sewing.
2. Slide the embroidery unit onto machine fitting connectors on
the machine and embroidery unit. Slide the embroidery unit
as far as it will go until it clicks into place.
Hold handle of embroidery unit and pull it toward the left
direction, and check that embroidery unit does not detach.
Note:
If embroidery unit is not securely installed, finished shape of
pattern may deform. Make sure that embroidery unit is pushed
in as far as it will go.
CAUTION
Always be sure to turn off power to machine before
installing embroidery unit.
