SNORKEL TERMINATIONS: For installations requiring a vertical rise on the exterior of the
building, 14” (355mm) and a 36” (914mm) tall Snorkel Termination Caps are available.
Follow the same installation procedures as used for Horizontal Termination
.
NEVER install the snorkel upside down. IMPORTANT: Proper drainage must be provided to
prevent water from entering the Snorkel Termination Cap.
NOTES:
• If the Snorkel Termination is installed BELOW GRADE, IE basement application, proper
drainage must be provided to prevent water from entering the Snorkel Termination.
• Do not attempt to enclose the Snorkel in the wall or any other type of enclosure.
• For Snorkel Terminations ABOVE GRADE installations follow national or local code re-
quirements.
